I think my most urgent need is for cash in hand. I had $14 USD that I exchanged for pesos last night, and that got me enough money to hail a cab and eat dinner. I’m out of money now, and the most urgent need is getting cash in hand. Some places accept credit cards, but down here cash is the norm. I have an account set up with my bank to use at ATMs here, but I just used the ATM and it wouldn’t give me any money.
I came back to our Airbnb apartment and double-checked; my account definitely has money in it. I don’t know what the issue is. I’m going to try again.
I need to buy some supplies and didn’t think it would be this hard to get money, or I would have gotten some pesos from AAA before I left the USA.
